Sorry not to have got back to you sooner. You will be aware that the new approach to personal websites was endorsed both by Senate and Council before Christmas. IS was, however, asked to make some minor changes to the policy on a couple of specific points which we have done and I would suggest that the best way forward would be for me to email the revised draft to you this week and for you to give me your comments. You could circulate it to your colleagues for their comments as well. I have spoken to Gill and we both favour this approach over a meeting, especially given that the decision has already been taken to go ahead. So, if this is OK with you I will forward the draft. I think we have addressed most of your concerns but as you say constructive comments would be welcome. I look forward to hearing from you.
